International Ministries gets #unselfie
International Ministries has called people to come together to help support the ongoing mission work of our American Baptist Missionaries through Giving Tuesday – which will be celebrated Tuesday, December 2. To signify your participation in this wonderful opportunity, people are encouraged to share an "unselfie" on the social networking site of your choice. Here's how this works (instructions are taken from the IM website).
- Start with a sign. You can download and print one of the templates here or create one of your own. It should say something about a cause that you support. Somewhere on the page, include these three hashtags: #IntMin, #unselfie and #GivingTuesday
- Take a picture of yourself (or have someone else take it for you) with a smartphone, webcam, tablet computer or digital camera.
- Share the image on the social networking site of your choice, and don't forget to include the hashtags in your post!
