Jim Cook, CFP®, RICP® has been with MMBB since 1999. Currently, Jim works in financial planning, bringing expertise in comprehensive financial and retirement planning to his work at MMBB. Prior to joining MMBB in 1999, Jim, an ordained minister in the American Baptist Churches, USA, served as a pastor in churches in California. Jim holds an MBA from the University of Missouri Kansas City, a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a B.S. in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College. Jim is actively involved in his community, serving as both a volunteer and on several boards and committees for community organizations. The father of two young adult sons, Jim and his wife reside in Leawood, Kansas and are active members of Prairie Baptist Church, Prairie Village, Kansas.
