The Greater Delaware Valley Association is sponsoring an exceptional visit to the many historical and contemporary sites in China, such as Beijing’s Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace, The Great Wall, The Terracotta Warriors and a variety of fascinating cities and villages. We’ll do a service project at the Chengdu Giant Panda Base, learn to cook Szechuan cuisine at Dujiang and go hiking on Mt. Qingcheng, the famous tourist mountain in China. We will also bring school supplies and visit the children at China’s second-largest orphanage, interact and dialogue with students from China’s second-largest high school, and visit home churches to worship and meet the congregations.

The trip includes round-trip airfare to China, two in-country flights, the super speed bullet railway, stay in 4-star hotels, be served 3 meals each day (American or Chinese), local transportation, gratuities, all site fees, and the cost of your VISA and orientations sessions, for $3,885.00.
